- Payment & shipment Information: If you purchase our products or services, we may collect your billing and shipping information.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our products and services, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns. Also recording your input data in the device, to analyse the process towards your goals and our research.

- Your access to your reports: Your data will be securely stored throughout your subscription and for 3 years afterward. Within 6 months of expiry, you can request any reports (except daily reports) free of charge by emailing admin@abilitybuilder.com.au. After that, you can request reports by purchasing individual reports for $15 or purchase a “Monthly Lite Plan” for $99. This plan allows you to request unlimited any report type (except daily reports) and includes custom reports. You can extend or purchase this plan at any time as long as we have your data.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to provide information we hold about you in certain circumstances as outlined in the Privacy Act or other applicable laws.
Hosting and International Data Transfers
- Storage and Processing: Information we collect may be stored, processed, or transferred between parties or sites located in countries outside of Australia, including the USA, and Europe and other trustable facilitating countries.
- Hosting Facilities: Our website hosting facilities are in Australia and the USA, Europe, and facilitating countries. Transfers to these countries are protected by appropriate safeguards.
- Internet Availability: Personal data submitted for publication on our website may be available worldwide. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.

Camera: The ATI camera feature was not utilized in the program. While we did not anticipate camera functionality, a black sticker was applied to the device as a precautionary measure to prevent unauthorized access. Additional spare stickers were included with the module package. Clients are responsible for adhering a sticker to the camera to ensure complete blockage.
